Gratuity is not included, but appreciated.
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or change your appointment times. In the case of a spa package or a bridal party we reserve your appointment with a credit card. No shows are subject to a 50% charge of the total package reserved. We request the courtesy of a 48 hour notice in the event you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, so that our technicians have the opportunity to refill the opening.
